ERRATUM / Environment

‘level playing field’ in post-Brexit negotiations

28/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – There was an error in the ‘Environment’ article in the EUROPE newsletter B12412A6. In the fourth paragraph, it should read: 'level playing field’ - a concept that covers the whole of current European law to which the British have contributed, dynamic alignment, the non-regression (not non-aggression) clause. The error has already been corrected online.
