Hans Vijlbrief reappointed head of Eurogroup Working Group until end of January 2022

05/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 4 December, euro area finance ministers reappointed Dutch diplomat Hans Vijlbrief as head of the Eurogroup Working Group (EWG), composed of national experts responsible for preparing the Eurogroup meetings. In office since January 2018 (see EUROPE 11944/25), Mr Vijlbrief succeeded Thomas Wieser of Austria. (MB)
