Regulation requiring reduction of CO2 emissions from new heavy goods vehicles is adopted

13/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European regulation establishing for the first time performance standards for the reduction of CO2 emissions from new buses and other heavy-duty vehicles was adopted on Thursday 13 June by the EU Council. The text was the subject of an interinstitutional agreement last February (see EUROPE B12197A2).
