Commission sets milestones to limit medicines residues in water and soil

Fewer medicines residues in water and soil to protect biodiversity and combat antibiotic resistance, while ensuring proper care for humans and animals, is the ambition set out by the Commission in the "Strategic Approach to Pharmaceuticals in the Environment" presented by the institution on Monday 11 March.
