11/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – According to our information, obtained on Friday, 8 March, Bulgaria should soon present its candidature to host the seat of the future European Labour Authority. This would bring the number of candidates officially declared with Slovakia, Cyprus and Latvia to four. The Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU has recently submitted a roadmap, with a set of criteria and a precise voting system, to designate the host Member State (see EUROPE 12208/16, 12203/26). It is expected to be definitively adopted at the next Committee of Permanent Representatives on Wednesday, 13 March. (PH)
