04/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Monday, 4 March, MEPs of the European Parliament's Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) approved by 12 votes to 1 with 6 abstentions the Interinstitutional Agreement(see EUROPE 12187) on the proposal for a directive to facilitate the use of digital tools for company registration and online information management (see EUROPE 12185).
