17/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission published on Tuesday, 15 January a regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminium radiators originating from China. This decision follows the expiry review at the end of 2017. Indeed, in 2012, an anti-dumping investigation led to the decision to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on aluminium radiators originating in China. These duties ranged from 12.6% to 56.2% on imports from the sampled producers, 21.2% on non-sampled but cooperating companies, and 61.4% on all other Chinese companies. The review initiated after the expiry of these measures concluded that their repeal would result in a continuation of dumping and therefore they had to be extended.
