On Friday, 7 December, the European Ministers of Justice adopted conclusions of the EU Council to promote the mutual recognition of judicial decisions by strengthening mutual trust.
“Mutual trust is the sine qua nonof mutual recognition,” Austrian Minister Josef Moser said at a press conference.
