Electronic evidence, Brussels IIa regulation and sale of goods, three agreements expected from Council

The European Ministers of Justice will have a busy agenda on Friday 7 December. They hope to see the success of three general approaches: on electronic evidence; the recasting of the ‘Brussels IIa’ Regulation; the sale of goods.
