Vote scheduled for 10 January in European Parliament’s ‘Transport’ Committee on ‘mobility’ package I

The coordinators of the Parliament's ‘Transport’ Committee decided on Wednesday 5 December to (re)vote on 10 January on the social and market aspects of the first ‘mobility’ package (posting of the truck drivers, driving and rest time, cabotage, access to market, tachograph). 

This decision follows the agreement reached in the Council of the European Union on Monday 3 December on these sensitive issues (see EUROPE 12152).
