‘mobility’ package I, Austrian Council Presidency does not envisage any major changes ahead of ministerial meeting

The sixth draft compromises on the social and market aspects of the first ‘mobility’ package (posting of hauliers, driving and rest time, cabotage, access to market) tabled by the Austrian Presidency of the EU Council on Wednesday 28 November are in line with previous texts and should be the subject of intense discussions at the Transport Council meeting on 3 December. 

Indeed, there are no major changes to the fifth draft compromises detailed in our columns (see EUROPE 12142).
