Member States invited to say whether Poland should be subject of a new hearing on rule of law on 11 December

27/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – The permanent representatives of the Member States to the EU will discuss on 28 November a possible new hearing of Poland on the rule of law, while the Polish government has announced that it will propose amendments to the Supreme Court Law allowing the return of judges retired as a result of this Law, which entered into force in July and was temporarily suspended by the Court of Justice (see EUROPE 12121).
