Pierre Moscovici considers it unlikely that an agreement on taxation of digital sector will be reached on 4 December

22/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commissioner for Taxation, Pierre Moscovici, was realistic on Thursday 22 November in front of the French National Assembly, considering that an agreement on digital taxation was unlikely at the Ecofin Council on 4 December.“I am clear-headed, I welcome the support of France, but I also know that reaching a consensus for the Ecofin on 4 December[...] is not easy”, he explained.
