European Parliament/Council negotiations on unfair trading practice resume on 7 November

29/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – A first trilogue of talks between EU institutions was held on 25 October on the proposal for a directive aimed at preventing unfair trading practices (UTP) in the food supply chain(see EUROPE 12125).  As it was the first trilogue, decisions were made on the agendas and working methods and general discussion was held on the main topics: scope of the text, definitions, list of UTP, and control authorities.  The next European Parliament/Council trilogue on...
