EU and Morocco sign two financing agreements for total of €200 million

On Friday 14 September, European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy Johannes Hahn and Morocco's Minister for the Economy Mohamed Ben Chaaboune initialled two financing agreements for €100 million each.

The first agreement, dedicated to Morocco's private sector, focuses on "competitiveness and green growth"; the second targets strengthening the country's social protection programme.
