02/07/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 2 July, the European Commission adopted a proposal seeking to codify Regulation 768/2005, establishing a European fisheries control agency. The new regulation will replace several acts which have been incorporated into it; it fully maintains the substance and restricts itself to bringing them together with only the formal amendments required by the codification process being made.
