Final names of Parliament rapporteurs for future Cohesion Policy published

25/06/2018 (Agence Europe) – Pascal Arimont (EPP, Belgium) will be the rapporteur on the regulation on European territorial cooperation (Interreg). Matthijs van Miltenburg (ALDE, Netherlands) will provide a proposal for a regulation on a mechanism to resolve legal and administrative obstacles in a cross-border context. In the employment and social affairs committee (EMPL), Verónica Lope Fontagné (EPP, Spain) will monitor the regulation on the European Social Fund + (ESF +). It should be recalled that Andrey Novakov (EPP, Bulgaria) and Constanze Krehl (S&D, Germany) will monitor the  umbrella regulation with common provisions and Andrea Cozzolino (S&D, Italy) will be the rapporteur for the regulation on the European Development Fund (Feder) and Cohesion Fund (EUROPE 12046). The Committee of the Regions has also appointed all its rapporteurs for opinion (see EUROPE 12038). (PH)
