21/06/2018 (Agence Europe) – Several names of Parliament rapporteurs on the regional development committee were confirmed to this newsletter on Thursday 21 June for the various regulations unveiled by the Commission for the future Cohesion Policy (see EUROPE 12029). We understand that for the umbrella regulation on common provisions, the rapporteurs will be Andrey Novakov (EPP, Bulgaria) and Constanze Krehl (S&D, Germany). Andrea Cozzolino (S&D, Italy) has been appointed as rapporteur on the regulation covering the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Cohesion Fund. We understand that the names of the rapporteurs for the European Social Fund plus (ESF+) and the regulation on European territorial cooperation are due to be known at the end of this week.
