Parliament/Council agreement on reforming model of governance for Eurojust

On Tuesday 19 June, the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU and representatives from the European Parliament reached an agreement on reforming the governance model for the European judicial cooperation unit, Eurojust.

It should be pointed out that the adoption of the co-legislators’ positions on this reform presented in July 2013 (see EUROPE 10890) was delayed due to the relationship between this dossier and the discussions on setting up the European Public Prosecutor’s Office...
