India's President Ram Nath Kovind says New Delhi remains committed to concluding broad-based trade agreement with EU

On Tuesday 19 June, India's President Ram Nath Kovind gave assurances of India's commitment to a bilateral trade and investment agreement (BTIA) with the EU.

"India remains committed to an India-EU broad-based Trade and Investment Agreement, to be achieved in a generous spirit of mutual accommodation and of pragmatism", Kovind said during a visit to Greece.
