Barnier rules out possibility of UK applying European arrest warrant post-Brexit

European Union Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier, speaking at a European Fundamental Rights Agency event in Vienna event on Tuesday 19 June, confirmed that the United Kingdom would no longer be able to apply European arrest warrant (EAW) procedures after its effective withdrawal from the EU.
