Regions fail to be won over by idea of aid fund for EU regions affected by Brexit

The idea of creating a specific fund to assist the regions affected by Brexit seems to have sparked debate at the level of the regions, at the conference of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) held in Bilbao from Monday 11 June to 13 June.
