Council reaches position on unfair competition from third country airlines

07/06/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 7 June in Luxembourg, European Union Transport Ministers approved the agreement reached with the Committee of Permanent Representatives to the EU (‘Coreper’) on 4 May last on the revision of regulation 868/2004 for tackling uncompetitive practices from third country airlines (see EUROPE 12015).
