05/03/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 5 March, on the strength of an evaluation of the regulation (1907/2006/EC) on the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals (REACH), the European Commission proposed several legislative amendments. The aim was to: improve the quality of registration files submitted by companies, and simplify the process of authorisation and the conditions of competition between EU companies and those of member states.
