Commission demands withdrawal of all terrorist content on Internet flagged up by national authorities within a one-hour deadline

On Thursday, 1 March, European Commissioners Andrus Ansip (Single Digital Market), Věra Jourová (Justice), Julian King (Security) and Mariya Gabriel (Digital Economy) presented a raft of non-binding measures to fight more effectively against illegal online content, together with a flagship measure to remove any kind of terrorist content within one hour.
