BusinessEurope presents Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU with its priorities

05/02/2018 (Agence Europe) – In a letter addressed to Bulgarian Prime Minister Boïko Borissov, the organisation representing employers in Europe, BusinessEurope, explained its three main priorities to the Bulgarian Presidency: making progress with economic and monetary union; putting forward concrete proposals for the next multi-annual financial framework and maintaining the EU's industrial policy. BusinessEurope is calling on the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council to stem the continuing fragmentation of the single market and single digital market, as well as support an “ambitious" European trade policy.
