The European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled on Thursday 1 February to uphold the fines imposed by the European Commission in 2012 on a number of companies for their involvement in cartels in the international air freight forwarding services sector (cases C-261/16 P, C-263/16 P, C-264/16 P and C-271/16 P).
