Europeans call on Caracas to reverse its decision to expel Spanish ambassador

On Friday 26 January, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini called on the Venezuelan authorities to reverse their decision to declare Spain's ambassador in Caracas as persona non-grata.  The EU"firmly" condemns this decision, which"affects relations between Venezuela and the Union".
