  • Tallinn. Council of the EU. “Transport, Telecommunications and Energy” Council. *Energy: - Orientations on the four legislative dossiers comprising the “Clean Energy" package (on the governance of the Energy Union; directive on the promotion of energy from renewable sources; directive establishing common rules for single electricity market; regulation on the single electricity market) in view of negotiations with Parliament and for the implementation of the Energy Union strategy and completing the 2030 “climate and energy” targets. – Any other items: recent international developments in energy domain. – Presentation of the Bulgarian Presidency work programme.
  • Brussels. European Parliament. Committee activities (to 21/12). – JURI: launch of public consultation on citizens' expectations regarding European public administration (from 15/12 over 12 weeks).
