EU ministers agree 2018 quotas for Atlantic and North Sea

Following two days of intense negotiations, EU fisheries ministers reached agreement in the early hours of Wednesday 13 December on total allowable catches (TACs) and quotas in the Atlantic and the North Sea in 2018 (see EUROPE 11899).
