European leaders return again to highly controversial question of relocating asylum seekers

Over dinner on Thursday 14 December, the European leaders will discuss the fate of the compulsory relocation systems for asylum seekers, as they were requested to do by the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, in his invitation letter.
