European Patent Office publishes case studies to raise SME awareness about patents

26/09/2017 (Agence Europe) – The European Patent Office (EPO) published 12 case studies, from 11 countries of Europe, for SMEs on Thursday 21 September.  Its objective is to raise awareness of the importance of protecting inventions and of the role of patents and related intellectual property rights, along with information about the future single patent – which is due to be set up next year if the United Kingdom and Germany ratify the agreement on the unified patent court (see EUROPE...
