Croatia taken to Court for failure to amend law on privatisation of energy company

13/07/2017 (Agence Europe)On Thursday 13 July, the European Commission decided to formulate proceedings for a failure to fulfil an obligation against Croatia. This decision was made because the latter has failed to amend its 2002 law on the privatisation of the INA-Industrija Nafte d.d energy company.
