07/04/2017 (Agence Europe) – The World Farmers’ Organisation (WFO) and European farmers and agri-cooperative organisations, Copa and Cogeca, held joint workshop in Brussels on Friday 7 April to enhance use of digital technology in agriculture. The workshop discussed policies that can help farmers to be part of the value chain and to develop new technologies that respond to citizens’ demands. Digital technologies and smart farming make it possible to produce more efficiently. (LC)
