EU hoping for commitment to be confirmed by Shinzo Abe for concluding free trade agreement

The President of the European Council Donald Tusk, and the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, are awaiting confirmation from the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, on Tuesday 21 March that Japan is committed to concluding free trade negotiations between the EU and Japan.
