November's EU-Africa summit in Abidjan to focus on youth unemployment

Preparations are being stepped up for the fifth EU-Africa summit to be held in Abijan, Ivory Coast on 29-30 November.  The official visit of High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and European Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development Neven Mimica to the African Union Commission in Addis Ababa provided the opportunity for this on Friday 17 March (see EUROPE 11748, 11700).
