 Green light to acquisition of Spanish company Gamesa by Siemens of Germany

13/03/2017 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has unconditionally authorised the planned acquisition of Gamesa by Siemens. Gamesa is a Spanish company primarily active in the supply of onshore wind turbines and is also active in the sale of offshore wind turbines, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adwen Offshore SL.
