Commission urges Sri Jayawardenapura to do more to re-establish GSP+ status

Hosting Sri Lanka's Development and Trade Minister Malik Samarawickrama on Monday 13 March, European Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström urged Sri Lanka to continue its efforts to come into line with the EU's expectations on human rights and sustainable development in order to re-establish Sri Lanka's trade preferences under the GSP+ regime.
