Launch of public consultation into key skills

22/02/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 22 February, the European Commission launched a public consultation with a view to updating the 2006 Recommendation on Key Competences for Lifelong Learning (2006/962/EC). The review was announced in the Commission's New Skills Agenda for Europe and seeks to develop a shared understanding of key competences needed and to further foster their introduction in education and training curricula. The public consultation will run until 19 May 2017...
