Apple's arguments in its appeal against its undue tax advantage judgement

The companies Apple Sales International and Apple Operations Europe have listed the 14 pleas and arguments they will use to appeal before the Court of Justice of the EU against the European Commission's order for the American giant to pay back €13 billion in undue fiscal advantages to Ireland (case T-892/16).
