Council adopts EU-Norway Skagerrak agreement

19/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – The EU Council of ministers adopted a decision, without debate, on Monday 19 December on the conclusion of the agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway on reciprocal access for vessels flying the flags of Denmark, Norway and Sweden for fisheries activities in Skagerrak (see EUROPE 11690).  (LC)
