25/11/2016 (Agence Europe) – The European Union, through a spokesperson for the European External Action Service, stated in a press release on Thursday 24 November its ‘continuing solidarity to Turkey, its government and its people and reaffirm our commitment to work closely together against all forms of terrorism’ following the terrorist attacks in Turkey earlier that day in which at least two people were killed and 21 more wounded in a car bomb attack outside a local government building in the southern Turkish city of Adana. In a later attack, a soldier was killed and at least five more people were wounded due to the explosion of a bomb in the south eastern Turkish province of Şirnak. (CG)
