EIB loan of €105 million for near-zero-energy buildings in Finland

14/11/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 11 November, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank (EIB) announced an EIB loan of €150 million for the Finnish company Sato Corporation to support the construction of new near-zero-energy buildings in urban areas of Finland. The project headed up by Sato Corporation will also include renovation investments to improve energy efficiency in existing buildings.
