On Friday 11 November, the commissioner for trade, Cecilia Malmström, the Slovak minister for the economy and president-in-exercise of the Council, Peter Ziga, the vice-president of Ecuador, Jorge Glas, and the ambassadors of Colombia, Rodrigo Rivera, and Peru, Cristina Ronquillo De Blödorn, signed the accession protocol to the multi-party EU-Colombia and Peru free-trade agreement.
