Foreign Affairs Council (and 15/11). *Foreign Affairs: - Turkey: recent developments; - Eastern Partnership: adoption of conclusions, Ukraine, future of the Partnership; - Southern neighbourhood: situation in Syria, Iraq and Libya. *Foreign Affairs/Defence: implementation of the foreign and security policy strategy.
Brussels. Council of Ministers. Agriculture and Fisheries Council (and 15/11). *Fisheries: - agreement on fishing opportunities for deep-water species 2017-2018; - Multi-annual management plan for stocks of demersal fish species in the North Sea.

Activities of the committees (to 17/11). - PANA: hearing on the role of the various authorities and actions carried out to tackle money laundering and tax fraud. - EMIS: series of hearings of various former Commission officials. - LIBE: hearing on the draft regulation on the creation of a framework for the resettlement of migrants. - IMCO: the working group on geo-blocking will examine the latest proposals of the Commission.

On the sidelines of the Council, discussions of the EU-Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland joint committee in the ETIAS system and the exchange of information and interoperability.
