Report on implementation of EU-Mauritania agreement

28/10/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 25 October, the European Commission published (on the web site of DG Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and in French only) the report of the annual meeting of the Joint Scientific Committee to the EU-Mauritania Fisheries Partnership Agreement (see EUROPE 11559).  The meeting took place in Nouakchott from 5 to 7 September 2016.  The report shows that, in the first six months of 2016, 56 fishing authorisations were issued to European Union vessels. ...
