European Parliament had hoped for ceilings of multi-annual financial framework to be increased

In Strasbourg on Wednesday 14 September, most of the members of the budgets committee of the European Parliament regretted the fact that the proposals on the mid-term review of the multi-annual financial framework (MFF) of the EU do not include an increase in the headings of the MFF, in other words fresh money.
