Brussels, 04/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - Barely a month on from presenting the member states with its areas for reflection on the future of the European asylum system, the European Commission on Wednesday 4 May presented a reform of the Dublin Regulation, which will continue to be based on the key principle of the first country of entry to the EU, but building in a corrective mechanism in the event of an influx of asylum seekers to a given country.
