Brussels, 18/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Greens/EFA Group is confident a global climate agreement will be reached at COP 21 but has no illusions as to the final level of ambition. Nevertheless it continues to hope that clarity will be brought on decarbonisation and on funding, particularly by the EU.
