Brussels, 26/08/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Franco-German public service television channel, Arte, focuses on European culture. On 24 August, it announced that it would be providing a selection of programmes on the Internet as from next November that will be subtitled in Spanish and English. These programmes have hitherto only been available in French or German. This “Arte Europe” project will be co-funded by the European Commission.
